National Cooperation

The FREPD operates in cooperation with such government establishments as the Ministries of Education, Finance, Planning, Home Affairs, Social Welfare, Establishment, Economic Relations Division etc. It also maintains close contacts with various institutions and organizations under the Ministry of Education including autonomous bodies like the University Grants Commission, Institutions of Higher Education and Research, the Universities, the Education Boards, National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB) and the like. The FREPD also cooperates and maintains contact with NGOs engaged in activities related to education and development.

International Cooperation

Recognizing the value of international co-operation in educational research, the FREPD welcomes exchanges of information with research organizations engaged in similar work elsewhere. The FREPD maintains working relationship with such global and international organizations as UNESCO, UNICEF, UNDP, ADB, ILO, World Bank, USAID, IDRC, SIDA, NORAD, GTZ and similar other organizations. The FREPD may allow scholars interested in development education, regardless of their nationalities, to be associated with the programme of the FREPD as associate members, research associates or research fellows as may be decided by the FREPD.
