Executive Board

The FREPD has an Executive Board elected by the Board of Trustees for a three year term. Responsible to the Board of Trustees, the Executive Board is the principal executive organ of the FREPD, entrusted with the administration of all affairs of the FREPD including its funds, according to the general policy laid down in the constitution and the decisions of the Board of Trustees. The President of the FREPD is also the President of the Executive Board and the chief executive of the FREPD. The Executive Board elects a Member-Secretary from amongst its members, who looks after the day-to-day administration and other general affairs.
